The Loretto Band performs at the 78th Annual Middle Tennessee School Band and Orchestra Association’s Performance Assessment at Middle Tennessee State University.

The Loretto Band performs at the annual Oktoberfest music night in downtown Loretto MH Weather’s Park 10/18/16. 
On 10/14/16, the Loretto Mustang Band along with the Lewis Co. Panther Band come together to perform the National Anthem in front of the home crowd in Loretto.
Yellow Jacket Invitational hosted by Trousdale County High School.  The Loretto Band finished 1st Place Band in class H, 1st Place Percussion in Class H, 2nd Place Guard in class but 4th overall out of 28 bands.

Loretto Band at the 77th Annual Concert and Sight Reading Performance Assessment at Middle Tennessee State University
The Lawrence County Commissioners recognized the Loretto Band, Color Guard and Cheerleaders for their participation and placement in the Fantasy of Lights Parade in Gatlinburg, Tuesday March 22, 2016.
Loretto Winter Guard performing their show “The Diner” in the SCGC Winter Guard Championships at Belmont University, Nashville Tennessee, March 19, 2016. They received a Bronze Medal in the SRAA Blue Class finals.
On Dec. 4th, 2015, the Loretto Band marched down the streets of Gatlinburg, TN as one of 10 marching bands invited across 4 states for the 40th Annual Fantasy of Lights Christmas Parade.  The Loretto Cheerleaders joint the band for a most memorable parade performance in front of an estimated 60,000 spectators.  A few weeks following, Mr. Boston learned from the Gatlinburg Visitors and Convention Bureau that the Loretto Band has placed 3th in this prestigious parade.    
The infamous finals performance at the Columbia Invitational Marching Competion produced a 9th place finish overall.  The performance earlier in the day resulted in the following results:  Superior ratings in Band, Color Guard, and Percussion.  Most Outstanding Visual Effect,  Most Outstanding General Effect, Most Outstanding Color Guard, 1st Place Band in Class AA.
